Most people would shudder at the thought of seeing photos of their mother in lacy underwear and suspenders.
Not Auckland student Michael – who twice tried to auction such saucy shots on Trade Me.
The first time was to annoy his mother Jennifer after an argument.
Her instruction to clear out the garage and sell unwanted items on Trade Me backfired when Michael started an auction titled “5 naked photos of my mum”.

Buy evidence of my husband’s adultery on eBay
An Australian woman has taken revenge on her cheating husband by putting a photograph of his lover’s underpants up for sale on the auction site eBay.
In the listing the woman says she is selling a picture of a pair of lacy black knickers and an empty condom wrapper “size small” found in her bed after her husband had an affair with another woman.
The seller — identified on eBay only as annastella007 — provides a rather unflattering description of the knickers.
“They are so huge I thought they may make someone a nice shawl or, even better, something for Halloween perhaps.”
The eBay listing, entitled “Empty condom packet & a photo of ‘The Tart’s’ knickers,” also includes a detailed account of the events leading up to the discovery.
Complete story here.

As always, I got this news late. The Kingdom of Belgium was posted over at eBay.be, ready for the taking. Until of course, eBay canceled the auction.
Posted title was, “Belgium, a kingdom in three parts.”
The item was first priced at 1 Euro early Monday afternoon it had risen to 250 Euros and currently it’s priced at a cool 10,000,000 Euros.
It started at a supersale price of 1 EURO and reached 10,000,000 EUROS before it was red flagged.
The sarcastic ad was done by one disgruntled Belgian in protest at his country’s political crisis. If that is the reason behind the post, I see the possibility of one Juan Delacruz, posting the Philippines up for sale. I wonder what the description would be.
