Good news to Philippine eBay sellers.
Sellers will now have easier time in paying eBay seller fees. That’s because eBay.ph will be switching all foreign billing currencies for Philippines registered sellers to the Philippine Peso by September 30, 2008.
Not only it would be easier to pay but instantly knowing how much you’d pay for special listing at eBay is a plus. You no longer need to convert each (usually in US$) bill to Philippine Peso to know how much you’ll pay.
For seller who would want to be billed in foreign currency, a quick contact to eBay Customer support and you’ll be able to opt out of this Philippine Peso migration.
We noticed that you are currently being billed in a foreign currency. If you would like to continue receiving your eBay bills in this currency instead of the Peso, please contact eBay Customer Support to opt out of the currency change. September 20, 2008 is the deadline if you would like to opt out of the currency change.
