What do you need to know? It’s 1 lot, cement hollow blocks. Dimensions are given. Click the pic.
Somehow, he has an effing point.
Pinoy buyers too can sometimes be, you know, irritating. But, patience is virtue. So as a seller, we got to suck it up and extend a kilometer of patience.
The FAQ of ‘em all… LAST PRICE? (That, they ask even the item is up for auction. Meaning, price should go up. Meaning2, base price is the last price. Another source of unlimited questions is the compatibility issues. Example is the memory card. Is your card compatible to this, to that? Post says Secure Digital Card 1GB. See your phone has SD slot, IT IS COMPATIBLE! Other (source of non-stop) questions…
1. The proposal to swap.
2. Can I reserve this? I’ll have money next year.
3. Do you do meet-ups?
4. Is this still available?
5. Do you have this? DO you have that? They ask what you don’t have. These questions coming from, say, eBayers of 3 year memebership and ZERO feedback. What a waste of bandwidth.
6. I want COD! Anu yan, taho?
Now, posting an item for sale with a lot of F-bombs is 100% not advisable. But somehow, I understand the post.
