eBay Philippines Joins the Bankwagon

This is what I am saying… that even BIG HUGE HUMONGOUS online site like eBay sometimes listens and adjusts to users’ preference/s.
eBay.ph joins the Bank, err, bandwagon of old fashioned payment via bank deposit.
Via Katana Hunter…
Since eBay PH started charging sellers fees for the usage of optional listing features, it has become a problem for those who doesn’t have a credit or debit card. Now, eBay PH has set up a new way for sellers to pay for their eBay fees…
You can now pay your eBay fees through any Banco De Oro (BDO) branch.

Here’s the announcement: http://www2.ebay.com/aw/ph/200807192349192.html
Note that, these payments are for the UPGRADE fees (like additional photos, boxed or bold ads, etc.) that eBay sellers subscribed on. Not fees directed to sellers for items won. Also, this payment is not for insertion fee of listed items. To date, eBay still don’t charge insertion fees over at eBay Philippines. Well, not yet anyway. Also, eBay Philippines allows duplicate posts coz in the future, listings will be billed. Unlike SULIT, it’s post all you can at eBay. Swoooosh.
For buyer to seller payment, Paypal still is the option along of course with the Philippines online traders way of bank to bank deposit, the GCASH option (where, Globe is making tons of money as money, they charge, money out, they get cut) and smartmoney option. Also, there is the Kaliwaan option, the even more un-safe meet-you-at-the-corner modus operandi.
It’s nice, Banco De Oro branch is just 20 meters where I am at. Payment should be easy. Lemme study the option even more and the bills that eBay is charging.
Banco De Oro branches here.
