Withdraw Paypal funds to your local bank account

Just got this from my inbox… Paypal funds via local bank now A-OK.
No need for VISA, or EON and what not to get funds from Paypal account. Now, easily withdraw funds from your next door friendly local bank accounts, ie, Metrobnk, PCI-BDO, BPI, Unionbank, etc.
And the killer c’mon, Best of all, in case you’d pull-out P7000 or more, no bank fee at all. Only for amounts lower than P7000, you’ll be charged P50. At P50, that’s still pretty cheap.

Additionally, registered Philippine PayPal members can still use the existing PayPal withdrawal options such as withdrawal to a Visa� debit card, credit card, prepaid card, or US bank account.

be AWARE !!! It is not working. First you need to register a Credit Card and then maybe ? works.
to stupid – which Filipinos have a creditcard????
