Only 5-of-18 Pushed Through at eBAY.ph

Responding to this post, let me now share experience selling in eBay.ph.
I have sold (meaning, there are winning bidders, not a closed sale) 18 items the past 60 days. But only 5 bidders actually pushed thru with purchase. Comparing this to others, this could still be high considering some sellers that I know who have posts of over 100 items, they regularly receive 5 to 10 SOLD notification every batch sale.
And, among these 10 bidders who got the payment info or pick-option, only 1 or 2 will actually go and get the items. From hearsay, that’s 5/50 rate or 5/25 at the most.
What would solve this inefficiency? Some do a pre-approved bidding. Where, the prospective needs to contact the seller first. Others put a blatant warning of negative feedback repurcussions for joy bidders. Others warn that they’ll be reported to eBay for unfulfilled bids. Hmmmmm, but with too many secondary and fake user accounts, the fight is tough.
I guess, if you have the time, just before your posts end, check out the bidders, check their profile and in case you new sign-ups just to bid for an item, if you see tons of negative feedbacks, if you see african sounding handle… to what you gotta do.
